Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Bows: These items are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Custom or Made-to-Order Bows: Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to create, process, and ship your unique pieces.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Please note that processing times may extend slightly during peak periods such as holidays or sales, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, so there are no surprises!

After your order has been shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package through the carrier’s website or our site.

Shipping Locations
We ship all orders from our home base in El Paso, Texas, and currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your items arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can promptly provide a replacement or refund.
